You will need:
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 pkg lemon jello
1 pkg cream cheese
2 tbls salad dressing
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/2 large avodaco, diced
Pour 1 can of hot condensed tomato soup (undiluted) over 1 package of lemon jello. Blend well, and add the cream cheese while the mixture is still hot. Beat until smooth and add 2 tbsp salad dressing. Blend, then add 1/3 cup celery, the green onion and the avocado.
Pour into a pyrex tray 6x10. Refrigerate until set.
Cut into 8 pieces and serve on lettuce cups. Mash the other 1/2 avocado and add 1/2 cup salad dressing. Blend and use as topping. After mashing avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from discoloring. Hope you enjoy this salad!!
