2 cups powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp grated lemon peel
In a small bowl, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner glaze is desired, stir in additional milk, drop at a time.
This is nice on cookies, angel food cake, cupcakes. You can vary the taste by substituting mango juice or orange juice for the lemon juice.
